Delivery
We want your order to get to you as quickly as possible. As some of our products are bespoke-made, lead times will vary per product.
This is the standard option for all orders. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail. Please allow 3-7 days for production and delivery. Once your item has left us, we’ll email you to let you know it’s on the way.
During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day, deliveries may take a little longer.
If you have any questions at all about our products or deliveries, please do get in touch. If you call us, you will get straight through to one of our sales team. Alternatively, you can email us if that suits you better, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately by email or phone and do not attempt to install it. We will replace the damaged items if, upon return, they are found to be faulty. Note that we cannot replace items if you have already tried to fit them. We will arrange for free replacement or a full refund upon receipt of the returned goods. Refunds or replacements are only possible if the item is returned. Cancellation is only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. Custom house signs cannot be returned. These terms govern your order. We may modify them at any time, so future terms might differ. These conditions do not affect your legal rights. If any part is deemed invalid by law, it will be omitted to the minimum extent, without affecting the validity of the rest.
